Ironically that landlord lives in the old Southeast so he doesn’t care what kind of tenants he puts in his house that we all have to deal with!

Ironically, that landlord doesn't live in old southeast and has more of a vested interest in the neighborhood than you do. Why don't you stop complaining and talking about people and join the neighborhood association, or better yet, put your money behind your mouth and purchase and renovate a property to improve the neighborhood. Rather than moving here and complaining. The reason you live here is that landlord who bought a boarded up house and made it nice, so that you could jump on his initiative and buy a house 14 blocks from downtown. He's put ten years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in "your neighborhood." When you've done that, I won't feel a need to respond to your posts.
