    This house was just purchased. The new owners this past week added a chicken coop on the back northeast corner of the property. The rooster wakes me up in the AM. Other neighbors have also mentioned the problem to me. Unfortunately the city does not seem to prohibit raising chickens within the city limits, but this is certainly not what single family residential districts are designed for.
