    2 new exterior bright lights were recently installed ~16 feet high above grade on office building and are generally aimed at parking lot. Lights, which have been on 24/7, are neither hooded nor shielded from Vineyard Lane condos across the road. There is definite light trespass that will cast a shadow of someone standing on condo association land. These lights appear to not be in compliance with BIMC 18.15.040.     Trash all over the ground around the Rite Aid trash compactor. This trash will likely get carried off in the rain into area streams. Please have them clean up their trash. We wouldn’t let citizens throw that much trash around. There is also trash on the ground behind their store.

    Pritchard park has become an unauthorized off-leash dog park. As a runner I've been jumped on/attacked by off-leash dogs while running on the paths along the beach, as a parent I've had to protect my small child from overly "playful" dogs at the beach, and I routinely come across dog excrement on the pathway to the beach.

    This is frustrating as there is an off-leash dog park that is seldom used less than a mile away at Eagledale park. I could see having a compromise where there is a small section for off-leash dogs at Pritchard Park, but for them to have free reign over the entire park is not right and against permissible use of the park.

    Light intrusion violation. These lights shine directly into the the NW condos at Harbor square from the BLIS condos along Cave Ave. Residents are complaining that they come on at dusk and remain on until dawn, filling the North facing units of Harbor Square with unwanted light.

    Per our last rodeo with code enforcement, no one is allowed to reside at the property.

    There is no utility connection and these people have been known to defecate in the open, have open fires close to structures, and steal water from the adjacent house.

    This is the third time I have reported an abandoned car in the woods between Battle Point Drive and the home at this address in approximately 3 years. It is now completely covered in vegetation. The area is served by wells, and the car could be leaking hazardous substances. While this has been acknowledged (Feb 2022) nothing has been investigated or done about it.

    Fence posts and caps are between 7.5' and 8.0' high. We hoped they would finish the fence by cutting the posts to fence heights as is normal but instead they have placed fancy caps on top of the illegally height posts.
