    The curb is crushed and falling apart on both sides of the driveway. The curb is very high which causes cars to hit the curb as they drive from the driveway into the road.

    Sidewalk has been blocked since at least Thursday 18 January, maybe longer The duration of the project, the signage, the lack of visibility creates a hazard for cyclists and pedestrians that should be mitigated There is clear lack of regard for non-motorized vehicle safety. It appears that the project designer/contractor and city permit officer intended to create a hazard to bikes and pedestrians, particularly during the darker morning and evening commute times.

    The public walkway between Island Homestead Apartments, and the tot lot. There are large tree roots crossing the walking path. My wife trip and fell there two days ago, and suffered some minor injuries, to her hands, knees, and shoulder.

    Add a cross walk on the north side of the Wallace/Madison intersection. This has been submitted before and you indicated it would be addressed as part of the Madison repairs but since those are now way in the future and I've seen you are kindly adding a crosswalk for a local business (on Winslow), I thought I would see if you would reprioritize painting in this one set of zebra strips/crosswalk for local residents on this faster moving section of surface street. Huge thanks for all the work you do to make our city function well.

    Reoccurring request. Please ask home owners to remove their vegetation from the road edge (shoulder. Public road). It’s very dangerous as there’s no place to step off the road for traffic. And, as it grows year over year, it’s increasingly difficult for Motorists to even see pedestrians.

    Very dangerous.
