    This stretch of sidewalk is frequently littered with human waste and has become an encampment for the homeless and a hangout for knife wielding nefarious characters. The black metal fence is also destroyed. In fact, the Centro Hub is becoming quite problematic in general.

    Sorry bare with me on this please.it takes a story to explain it.on saturday i came into work early to catch up on some things.i pulled into the harrison marriott garage at around 5:30 am as i drove upstairs i noticed people sleeping amongst the parked cars.i drove around and counted 24.i did not feel safe getting out of my car so i decided to leave and park on the street.now i am considering moving my office out of the city....now i understand why it smells like a festival portapotty.thanks for listening.jennifer
