Xfinity cable was pre-wired in the community six years ago. They refuse to bury their cables throughout the community.

Cable line has been down for months now, called multiple times with no response, additionally pole wiring is a spaghetti mess of wires. Definitely needs a cleanup.

Neighbor cut my verizon internet line and threw it in my yard.

There is a downed telephone line in our backyard from the storm last night and we can’t get any telephone company to take responsibility for it. BGE says they also won’t touch it. According to a quick Google search, Verizon owns the lines that C&P used to own (the line was apparently installed in the 1970s). This line is so low that it’s laying on the ground which seems very unsafe. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

To my knowledge, our community has received no updates on the Comcast cable wire/boxes installation in our neighborhood. The wires, boxes and other equipment were dumped by Comcast at the front of our neighborhood months ago. It looks terrible sitting on the side of the road. If they aren’t going to finish the job, they need to remove all the equipment. This is unacceptable.

These wires are a mess and have been for years. We have called Verizon etc. I don’t know who they belong to. Scared for safety. No one will take responsibility. Wires now hit my car when I enter driveway. There are 2 wires hanging (see pic). Please help.

Can you tell me who the cable box in front yard of 6 River Dr Severna Park, MD 21146 belongs to? I have sent emails to Comcast and Broadband but no one has replied. I need the box moved about 10 ft toward 8 River Dr so I can access back yard with a trailer.

The residents at 304 W 11th Ave have been doing work in the yard and over the last year have cut my internet line, and two other neighbors.

Need help identifying which company this cable box services and need to know it if it still an active box
