Was this an aerial line or underground?
Was this a FIO connection or copper phone line.

Gary,
It was a temp drop they ran to until they could fix the main line. It ran near the neighbors property and I guess they decided to cut it and put it in mine. The tech notified then of it and so did I. I already called verizon.
