    There is a downed telephone line in our backyard from the storm last night and we can’t get any telephone company to take responsibility for it. BGE says they also won’t touch it. According to a quick Google search, Verizon owns the lines that C&P used to own (the line was apparently installed in the 1970s). This line is so low that it’s laying on the ground which seems very unsafe. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    I hit a low hanging cable with my RV returning home on Nabbs Creek Rd in Glen Burnie just East of Altoona Beach Rd. The cable did not fall but is hanging extremely low. If a large box truck or another large RV comes through it will take out the cable. Not sure what type of cable it is.
