NA - Meadowlawn Neighborhood Association PLUS

There are two very deep potholes at this intersection - specifically the at the intersection turning west from 20th St N onto 63rd Ave N.

Please, please, please.... this is a neighborhood road with lots of elementary school age children that people use as a Thruway to avoid 16th Street stop sign. At times people are going 30 plus miles an hour down this road. In the mornings, to avoid the school crossing zone on 16th Street, people are using this as the through road. We have requested numerous occasions this road looked at the possibility of installing speed humps. Please have somebody to review the traffic calming on this section thank you

3 potholes 2 on the north side of the street and 1 directly across on the south side of 63 avenue

Citizen called to report multiple large potholes on 62nd Ave N between 21st and 25th Streets

No permit was pulled for the gravel driveway extension and also the trailer looks like it is partially parked on the neighbor’s property

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE HAD TO VIOLATE THE CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG OVER THIS VERY SAME ISSUE IN THE VERY SAME PLACE..

Once again We find the city is not maintaining its own property to the level it requires its citizens to maintain. Canal between the lake at Medowlawn park and 77th Ave has grass that does not comply with city codes that states grass may not be higher then 10". furthermore trees are allowed to grow in the canal blocking waterway that could lead to flooding..
Can someone at the Mayor's Action committee please tell me why city property is not required to be maintained to the same level as citizens of St. Petersburg? If my yard looked this bad you would be fining me $500 per day untill it was corrected. maybe the salaries of the Mayor's Action committee should be docked that amount until the issue is corrected.. It would only be fair.
Maybe Jeff the code enforcer should lose his job for not reporting this....

Two potholes: 1 on the east side of the intersection and 1 on the west side of the intersection.

Depression in road near lake

Storm drain has dropped significantly. Pavement has been washed out underneath as well Decent sized depression.

I was instructed to report this as codes compliance even though it is either city or county property We have no sidewalks and it is impossible to walk dogs or children in this 18inch high grass along the canals!! Also across the street at Lynch elementary a large pole fell during Elsa and still remains lying on the fence in a field that children play in. I could only use 1 photo so I will include in comments. If this was in my yard we would have already been slapped with a fine!! We pay taxes here too!!!
