    Our neighbourhood association is curious if there's a possibility of creating an off leash dog park area in the southwest area of our neighbourhood. We find that many use the pond area as off leash & we'd like a designated local space for this purpose that wouldn't violate bylaw.

    I am chair of the board for the Country Side South & Summerside Neighbourhood Association. We have had complaints of lights being burnt out at the entrance to Country Side South and have been told that it is NOT an Atco issue. Please provide information.
