Large limbs from city trees are in street and on tree line at 80 Alston Avenue. Need to be cleared away

This issue has now been closed 3 times over the past 18 months (3146434, 3744541, and 3970283) for reasons that are not clear. What exactly is going on here?

Shouldn't the issue stay open until it has been resolved. This area is very dark and unsafe at night.

Not clear why this issue was closed. Please explain.

I reported this issue nearly a 1 year ago (3146434), without a response; but the case was closed without action (first time). I reported again earlier this month, but it was just closed (13744541). This area is very dark at night and unsafe, especially for bikers. At least 1 of these poles needs to have a light.

2 clean barrels of leaves have been sitting at curb for 2 weeks with no pick-up, either during weekly trash pick-up on Mondays or leaf pick-up yesterday. Please pick up as soon as possible.

Street was repaved last week, but new pavement is now 2 inches higher than the apron of our driveway, creating a serious hazard. Apron had been level with street prior to repavement. Can the pavement be ground down so that it is level again with the apron?

City tree on west side of street with several large dead limbs at high risk for falling to ground and causing major damage during a storm. Large limb from city tree across the street fell and knocked down UI line 2 weeks ago, causing power outage on block for 5 hours. Tree desperately needs trimming.
