On the Chapel St. Bridge, I think.

Yes, just east of the Chapel Street Bridge on south side of street. Area is pitch black and very unsafe at night for pedestrians and bikers. It appears that 2 consecutive poles may not have lights (for some strange reason) and the light in an adjacent pole is out. So, there are 3 consecutive poles with no functioning light.

What turn-around time should we expect for street lamp issues? In this case, it's been more than 6 weeks. Two weeks ago, a car pulled me over after I rode my bike westbound past this area around 6:45 pm; he warned me that it was too dark to be riding a bike and he could have hit me (and I have a rear bike light). Will the city take responsibility when someone is seriously injured?

Acknowledged by Department of Transportation, Traffic and Parking nearly 2 months ago, but no action and no response to query from 2/26/17.
