    The catch basin by the crossing on Cedar at Sartwell Ave still has fabric covering it that was placed there to stop construction debris from going into the catch basin. This is blocking the rain & slush from draining away. As a result there is a monster slush lake making the crossing unusable

    The traffic lights at Park St/Beacon St always cycle through the pedestrian cycle even when the button has not been pressed. Causes unnecessary delays to traffic
