65-79 Howe St New Haven, CT - DwightThe bike rack inside of the Howe Street parking garage is great--it is large, well-lit, and right next to the Yale Security Office. The problem is, people have locked up bikes there over a year ago and left them to rust, taking up precious parking spaces. When this many bikes are over-rusted and abandoned, it gives the impression that the rack is not in use, making it more vulnerable to theft. They need to be tagged, impounded, and removed, so that the commuters who actually use this rack can have the space to lock our bikes.
