There is an extreme amount of debris and dirt everywhere, and homes recently painted have had their paint jobs impacted.     24-hour noise pollution from steel plate road covering over road construction project that started May 2, 2024. All day and all night the steel plates sound like thunder as drivers pass over. Can’t sleep in neighborhood-needs repair immediately.

    The SBL signal is not activating correctly despite a long line of vehicles waiting. Sometimes it activates twice in a cycle, but mostly not at all. It’s typically a leading left turn, but the only the through movements on 5th turn green. This is leading to traffic backing up for blocks up 5th Street. I’m on a Line 96 bus and was sitting at this intersection for up to 10 minutes.
