    There is a very deep pothole on Water Street. There are many potholes on the road, which makes it impossible to avoid all of them. This particular pothole is dangerous. Due to how deep and numerous these potholes are, I think this road is due to be repaved rather than just patched.

    The amount of potholes on this road is now resulting in popped tires and damage to vehicles. I understand the "high volume" of requests the auto reply with come back with, but this road has been in awful condition for YEARS. The subpar patches do not hold up. It needs to be properly repaved!!!

    There is a deceased larger cat next to the telephone pole between the sidewalk and road in front of 731 Western Ave. This has been reported to the animal control # on 4/30 at 12:50pm and again today at 7:25am. The cat is still there.

    The pothole is the entire length of the street at the intersection of North St and Broadway (worse on westbound side). There is no way to avoid it. Most if not all traffic that passes daily over it slows down to go over it to avoid damaging their vehicles.

    Berkshire Blvd, from the back of Kakely to Colonial is filled with potholes big enough to throw a bicycle or runner or even ruin a vehicle tire. Most are in the lane adjacent to the pond. The entire section of the street needs a major repair.

    This is at least the third weekend in a row this address has put debris on the curb on Thursday or Friday when pick up is not until Wednesday morning. This appears to also be an owner-occupied building or a manager occupied building, because the guy who lives upstairs, gives the tours to potential commercial renters. Either way, he should know better and this property should be held accountable. This address is also concerning because this is the third business in this location that appears to be a front for something else. The previous "business" kept the entire front window papered over so that no one could see what was going on inside and people contacted them through a cell phone number. This needs to stop in terms of Albany approving illegitimate "businesses" that are impacting the neighborhood and especually the people living in close proximity to these questionable, at best, activities.
