The Public Works Department has responded. Staff has reviewed the location on Oberlin Road and Stafford Street. The location of this sign is a temporary location while building construction is being completed. Once 100% site build out has occurred and the concrete is finished in the area, a permanent stop location will be established. Operations staff has been made aware of the temporary location to ensure that the drivers honor this stop. While not an ideal location, given the construction environment in the area staff feels like this temporary location is the safest for our passengers. Thank you.

You got the wrong side of the street. I'm talking about the stop that is next to the entrance to McDonalds. The construction people took it down and now it is behind the construction fence.

On 4/4/13 at 4:35pm I was on inbound 12 and rang the bell to get off at this stop. Bus driver didn't stop. Obviously you either didn't tell drivers to stop at this stop or your driver ignores direction. White bald make driver.

I've referred this to our Public Works Department. When the staff has had a chance to respond I’ll post an update. Thanks for reporting.

Per Public Works: The contractor doing the construction on Oberlin Road has placed Jersey Barriers in the road blocking the sidewalk totally. This presents an unsafe situation and a non-accessible stop for our riders. Due to this safety issue, we have had to temporarily suspend serving this stop. Staff is working with the contractor to get a temporary stop installed down the block from the construction.
