Description
Gentleman parks cars that are not registered in front of his house. There are 8 cars there including a van that he parks in front of Larrys Supermarket with a trailer of junk attached. His cars which are not registered block the view for neighbors coming out of their driveways and cars that speed up and down the street, he does not own the house, is a tenant and I believe has been asked before to move the cars, to no avail. Can something be done

Could we possibly be directed to information regarding if there is a limit to how many cars are permitted to be stored in yards and on the street.
