This issue is still a problem and we have gotten no response from the company. I have called the company, posted here, contacted both my County Commissioner and the Mayor with no results. There are at least 6 cans still out on Sheffield and more throughout the neighborhood. And we are SCHEDULED to be picked up again this Friday. This is a service we pay for and are not getting our money’s worth.

Nothing was picked up on Forest Ridge Dr. either.

Thank you for reporting the missed recycling pick-up to Waste Management formerly Advanced Disposal Service. I have emailed this over to the driver supervisor to have the driver pick this up.

This request has been resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Recently, Mayor Miller announced several new efforts to get trash and recycling collections caught up and back on schedule, including hiring additional companies to handle the routes.
