Transportation Services notes: "Thank you for your inquiry. As part of the rehabilitation of the traffic signals at this intersection, the lane designations were revisited by our engineering team. The intention is to migrate the outer left turn lane to a single use straight through to reduce confusion for opposing Eastbound drivers on the solid green, thereby enhancing intersection safety."
