Lancaster St. off of N. Main. The snow banks are such that if cars park on both sides of the street no vehicle can pass. The street has been wholly blocked by parked cars numerous times this week. Need to either suspend both sides of the street parking or remove the snow. God forbid there is a structure fire, emergency vehicles would not be able to navigate the street. Would be nice to have complete snow removal like is done in the Center Square neighborhood. Thanks.
