Our street is covered with ice. On Sat they are calling for + 9 degrees plus rain. I see a catastrophe of possible flooding. I think we citizens need to take care of ourselves and open up the catch basins so that the water can get away. Our city transportation people should be sounding the alarm. Maybe Rob will show up to show me how it is done??
