Issue acknowledged. This is technically not the lawn but the greenbelt. I have assigned it to the appropriate department by categorizing it as on-street parking violation.

I realize it sounds odd but this type of greenbelt violation is specifically in the purview of the police department parking unit. They handle them as on street parking violations.
