I called police and they refuse to give them ticket. If they give them ticket then they won't park there again. They have no respect for officers.

all this illegal parking came about when this garage was rented. their friends and family members come to our neighborhood and fill they can park on franklin street (where there is no parking and oak street. an officer told them they could until signs were posted correctly only problem is they can care less. this garage is presenting a big problem on weekends. i have so many photos of them parked illegally on franklin st and oak st. police come and they move only to park illegal again when officers leave. they run a cord from someones house to garage and when police come they remove it. i wish i could attach videos i have taken when people have to back there cars up franklin because they won't move there cars when some one tries to get by. they lye to officers when they come by when i call. look at this photo they told officers I wouldn't move my car for them to get by when clearly no one was in car until other cars tried to get by. this pic also shows cord running from 153 franklin st to garage at 155 rosemont (rear).

Can't close cause the a__holes still park there. Just called police Sunday and they parked there allday Saturday.

They not only park illegal on Franklin St now but they park in the handicap parking spot on S. 4th Ave. the neighbor moves his car so his friends can park in his handicap spot.

Occasionally they still park there. Dump trash and destroy my property. I just collected 3/4 bag of trash this morning. Missing borders (2 by 4 and oversize rocks). Noticed 2 by 4 inbedded in ground because heavy trucks park there and run over 2 by 4. Also parents park there waiting for school bus. I wis I never put bushes up because this is why they park in this area where it't hard to see them.
