Unregistered, abandoned, inoperable vehicles continue to be parked in the driveway. The unregistered van is also being used as a storage vessel in it, on it, around it and on top of it. Tires are deflated. This situation has been reported numerous times and the condition continues to worsen. Action needs to be taken.
