155 rosemont st has a garage in rear and often vehicles park on this narrow st. police have been called on numerous occasions to have them move and been redirected to park illegally to oak st. on the north side between rosemont and s. 4th ave where there is no parking. they have a disrespect to the law and the people that reside in the area The cars only move until police leaves and come right back. often they change cars to try to go unnoticed but i know there faces. they get angry with me and trash my area and call me outside my name. neighbors are scared to complain because they have had there house destroyed. they don't have electric in the garage and run an electrical cord from a house on franklin st. to the garage( which is located on the opposite side of the street on franklin. st. codes is this a problem
