Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. A few days ago I noticed a spot on our driveway that is continually wet and appears to be pushing up a grey mud. I cannot tell if it is a water leak or a sewage leak. There was a lot of construction behind our home, and I am concerned that may have something to do with this, because it was not a problem prior to the construction.
