Going North on Essna Park past Steeles Ave East. the first light (IBM drive) has a sequence where the traffic going north has a green light which turns yellow then red. At the same time the light continues to be green for southbound traffic. People get stuck in teh intersection on yellow and then complete the left turn, unaware that the southbound traffic continues to have a green light. This is very dangerous and causes accidents and near misses.
