Something doesn't seem right. I've walked past this house thousands of times and never had a problem. Whenever I see these types of complaints, there is almost always information missing. What really happened? Why is the reporter of this issue the only person who is harassed by the resident of that house. We will never get the whole story. That allows people to let their imaginations fill in the gaps... very sad. Also, the address in this reported issue is incorrect. It's not 654 Orange Street. It's the house on the other corner.
