I have a neibor who park his/her car on the allay. I'll upload pic later when I get home, but the car is kind of blocking me when I tried to exit. It's not a parking space at all. If I use my small car, I can easily get out, but if I had to use my truck, it's very difficult , but I was able to get out. Truth is; I will never want to have to make a scratch to my car or their. It's about an inches before I made a scratch to my new truck or hit into that car. They usually park estimated 9pm to 9am and sometimes 4pm-9am. I go to work from 8am-5pm and it's very hard for me to get in and out. I call local parking violation and all they told me was to use a small car or to park on street which isn't helpful at all.
