this case was closed with out any regards that the issue still persists. All that was done was they mowed the grass, right side still covered with bushes, trees, and branches, tall thick grass taking over the entire sidewalk. i use this route daily (sometimes few times a day ), this is becoming real nuisance to walk or ride a " slalom between the obstacles"
i see more and more people on this sidewalk struggling to get through trying not get slapped in the face by branches and the same time avoid to run into the traffic. Thank you for your help regarding this matter.
