Deskripsyon

For over two months, we have been unable to get beyond a frozen Flag screen, which does not allow us to review comments in our neighborhood. Has anybodt encountered similar problems? Any suggestions in restoring the ability get beyond " Request Processing " frozen screen? Thanks
