Description

3rd street lamp east of Yale Avenue on south side of Chapel is out. Please replace, as this area is now very dark in the evening.

Q. Please provide pole number. If you cannot provide the pole number, please explain why (missing etc).
A. I am riding my bike west on chapel in the evening when it is too dark to see the pole number.
Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole (nearest address and cross street are most helpful).
