Can a traffic study be conducted to determine if the directions of either May, Grace or Rock Streets can be reversed? The problem is that Rock St, May St and Warren Pl are all one-way streets in the same direction. This leaves only Grace St as a means exit to State St. Virtually every afternoon the traffic on State St is so heavy that you literally cannot leave Grace St. The only other way out of Cedar Hill is to turn left from Cedar Hill Ave or View St and proceed to English Drive around East Rock. But if you're already on Grace between Cedar Hill and State you're literally between a rock and a hard place.
