For the past few months, there are vehicles that have been parked illegally at the top of the hill on Thomas and do not appear to have moved at all. This is very dangerous since the street is not wide enough to safely go around. The street has only enough room for 2 lanes of traffic, 1 each direction. To make things more dangerous, the vehicles are at the top of a hill so there is zero visibility to see if it is even possible to go around these illegally parked vehicles. PLEASE HELP!
