I live on Villa. Just about every day, I am almost t-boned by a car at the intersection of Villa and Horton. Drivers traveling on Horton appear to not understand that the intersection is only a 2 way stop and frequently pull out into oncoming traffic. As much as I would rather not have to stop while driving on Villa, making this intersection a 4 way stop would be much safer.
