Two (approximately 12 feet apart) REALLY abrupt and tall road damage (road is buckled)

At 3-4 inches tall these bumps which span the entire two right most lanes are dangerous. Motorists are abruptly braking, the ones that don't are hitting the bumps at 100 km/h and doing damage to their shocks and wheel balance.
