Description

There is a larger water drain on Hillsboro Rd. in front of Donut Den in Green Hills. It is in the outside lane going toward downtown. This has large water drain sets well below the road level. It is tearing up people's cars and is dangerous because people move into the inner lane to go around. Please fix.
