Corner of Harding and Linbar. The traffic light is a "blinking" light apparently between certain hours in the night. I do know that it changes "back" after 6 a.m. but it is very dangerous to have that light "blinking" at ANY time. The shubery prevents you from being able to see oncoming traffic unless you pull out into the intersection. In the other direction, the cars are coming from the top of a hill and it's impossible to see them until they are right up on you. This light needs to be kept red, amber and green. It is a busy intersection and at that time of night, there is absolutely no need for a "blinking" light.
