Pike’s tenants have now taken to dumping their garbage behind the building on the Federal Plaza side. The rats will have a field day with this one. I really don’t understand how the tenants can just throw the bags out the back door. Who do they think is going to pick it up? Why isn’t the landlord responsible? I have pike tenants on both sides of me and the garbage is in bearable. How about dome heftier fines? The system doesn’t work as is
