Descrizione

This is the alley behind Melrose Ave south. The alley has had garbage piling up. As you go along the alley, there are broken toilets. I have lived here for two months now and the situation is worsening. Please provide our area with the same sanitation as is provided to the more affluent areas. This is embarrassing.
