Update - The controller unit for these flashing beacons has been damaged beyond repair. We're working with our signal contractor on ordering a new controller to replace it. These controllers are custom manufactured and take some time to build and ship but we will try to expedite this order.

Thanks. If that's the case then it should be marked as unusable in the meantime. Pedestrians should not think that it is safe to use, and drivers should be made aware that the signal will not alert them.
