It's always a struggle when we visit Vallejo. Even residential streets are dirty because a lot of homeowners park their cars on the street instead of utilizing their garages and driveways. Street sweeper/cleaner cannot do its job and when it rains or get windy the debris goes down the storm drain.
Why are you not ticketing these vehicles to clear the streets of these blight and make money at the same time to improve your city? What happened to "Beautiful Vallejo"?
