Traffic signal equipment was installed for special event traffic control. We are reviewing your request to determine impacts to traffic flow on S. Pearl Street if activated to full time full operation

It has only been used twice 12 yrs ago. This traffic light should be used from at least 7AM to 6:30 PM. Cars fly through that area to try and get to state street & Pearl before the light change. Pedestrians trying to cross are almost run down there and the next block north. Would also help cars needing to make left out/in TU arena
