I went out to the location this morning, the east side is programed for 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. and then again from 2:30 P.M. to 4 P.M. with the new time change starting Sunday that one seems to be functioning properly, the west side is programed the same morning time but the afternoon settings are from 2:30 P.M. to no end time so that may be the issue. I also think the load switch which controls the function of the blinking lights may be bad. I plan on replacing the load switch and reprograming the time controller I just have to do a little research on the controller. I'm closing this out and will make the repair as soon as I can. Thank you

I went by the sign to the east of Lincoln School at 2:57. The kids had just gotten out and were all over the place, but the sign wasn't flashing. It doesn't seem to be working right, even if the times are set properly.

This has been going on for years.

I understand that, the times are set for the time change this weeking so it wouldn’t have gone off until 3:30pm I changed the conflict controller this afternoon on the west side one and changed the shut off time. I’m going to monitor both tomorrow and do my best to fix the issue, it might take a couple time of trying different controllers, thank you for your feed back.
