This is not a tenant landlord issue this is a health department/ zoning enforcement/ animal control/ child welfare issue. People in town management need to start doing their jobs.

Thank you for letting us know you have been in touch with the owner but I ask that you continue to moniter this situation. Although we are new to the neighborhood we were talking to other neighbors yesterday who have lived there for more than 30 years and they told us that property is always a problem and that the owners of that property never take responsibility and always blame the tenants whom they rotate often and that past tenants had to go to the town and health dept to try to get them to maintain the property as is required by the law.
