That,s because the landscaper on that street just blows everything into the street and no one can enforce that City Ordinance. Go ahead try ... taking the report is not the same as addressing a real problem. This guy is costing taxpayers extra money for being lazy.

LCI the map clearly indicates the intersection of Wooster Place and Greene Street. Was this not the spot ?
