Seems like it's that time of the year when all of these things -- graffiti, trash dumping, property damage, parking on lawns -- spikes up and I appreciate the vigilance of neighbors to be persistent and post all things that they observe. We certainly will and now that the weather is good for longer outside walks, I certainly will photo what I see
