We have reviewed this last summer when the see click fix was first reported. The drainage from this area is supposed to go to the SW corner of Curtis & Staley. The only water restriction we could find at the time seemed to be at the driveway culvert to First Christian Church off of Curtis Road. The culvert was about 1/2 full of silt. The driveway culvert was cleaned out last fall by NPR's Jetter upon our inspection and that should have improved the conditions. We also plan to perform some minor ditch grading consisting of about 20 feet upstream and 20 feet downstream of the culvert to remove any remaining restrictions at the culvert and complete the work. These efforts should help with the reported flooding but may not completely dry out the area as it appears to be a pretty flat ditch. The ditch section serving this area only has about about 1 foot of elevation drop over 1400 lineal feet of ditch.
I don't currently have a timeline for working this into our project. The ground will need to be dried out enough to perform finish grade type work. I will stop out and take a look at the current conditions this week. Norm Reinbold.
