Description

A street light on the east corner of Monument Ave and Allen Ave (right on the corner by the crosswalk over Monument) fell over in September, was reported, was moved by city into the gutter, and they put a cone over the wires. The cone has since been moved (since it's been there 6 months...), so now it is just a bunch of wires sticking out of the sidewalk. Six months later, and the light is still down in this location right by the crosswalk. It is very dark here at night; this is the only light that lights up the (already dangerous) crosswalk here. Another service request ID (234552) was closed a while back with the note "All city lights working" which is provably untrue. Please recheck and replace the light (with another light, not a cone).
